It has a high amount of Vitamin C in it’s skin and flesh, but not so much in its juice. It may or may not taste good. The intake of high levels of Vitamin C don’t really help anything and may actually harm you. (megadosing of vitamins is a dangerous game)

It’s a very good antioxidant, so it helps to protect basically all the cells in your body. Because of that, a lot of people use it as a general health tonic, some use it for joint health, some use it for skin health… the list goes on.
It doesn’t have a huge amount of Vitamin C in and of itself (if it did, they would legally have to list it in the ingredients), but it has a lot of other natural antioxidants.
As a side note, it doesn’t taste very good compared to other berries, so many Goji juice products you’ll find on the market are often sweetened with other fruit juices. We have hundreds of customers that take Goji on a regular basis, and I know there is a Multi-Level Marketing company that sells that as their main product, so it sells well enough world-wide, too.
